Hi, I’m Chloe.
I’m a trauma-informed somatic practitioner, mentor, and creative guide.
I’ve learned that true healing doesn’t come from quick fixes or surface solutions. It comes from turning toward the real, gritty, often messy places we’d rather avoid.
My own story began in addiction and chaos- and the people who risked intervening changed my life. Since then, I’ve spent decades walking beside people in recovery, in heartbreak, and in the tender spaces of becoming.
What I offer isn’t about perfection or performance. It’s about truth, presence, and the spark that refuses to die in you. My work blends somatic practices, intuitive listening, and spiritual grounding with the lived experience of someone who has been there.
This isn’t therapy, and it isn’t traditional coaching. It’s a relational, embodied path for those who are ready to stop pretending, stop waiting, and finally return to center.
My approach weaves together:
Somatic awareness and nervous system support
Expressive writing, creative unblocking, and journey-based reflection
Spiritual companionship and intuitive dialogue (a quiet way of listening inward)
Gentle movement and body-based presence
Recovery principles and spiritual alignment
Trauma-informed, body-led practices
Deep respect for your inner knowing
You don’t need to be spiritual, artistic, or experienced to begin. Just curious. Just ready to listen.
Some people come to this work after therapy. Others are simply seeking a different kind of support—something more intuitive, body-based, or spiritually grounded.
You don’t need a diagnosis to know something feels off. You don’t need to be in crisis to want clarity. Sometimes we just need space to breathe, someone to witness us gently, and practices that help us feel more like ourselves again.
This is that space.
I’m based in the mountains of Colorado and work with clients virtually and in person. When weather allows, we can meet outside—walking, hiking, or just sitting in stillness.
Wherever you are on your path, I’ll meet you there.
